Bow Window |

Definition: A set of four or more individual window units, attached so as to project from the building in a arc. Bow windows are commonly used to make a room look larger than its actual size, as well as to increase the amount of natural light indoors. Unlike a bay window a bow window generaly has 4 or more windows that are the same size. The bow window is also an arc shape unlike a bay window that has two outside windows angled next to a center window.
